How to get here
Killin is a popular centre for walking, fishing, golfing and touring. It is within a two-hour drive of Glasgow and Edinburgh and all the major Scottish skiing areas, and within a one hour drive of Oban, Glencoe and Pitlochry.
To get to Killin from Glasgow; take the A82, via Loch Lomond, to Crianlarich, then travel east along the A85 in the direction of Callander. Killin lies 3 miles along the A827, which branches off the A85 at Lix Toll, 10 miles east of Crianlarich. Alternatively, take the M80 which joins the M9 near Stirling. Exit at the sign for Crianlarich at junction 9 and then follow directions as from Edinburgh.
To get to Killin from Edinburgh; take the M9 to the Crianlarich exit at junction 9
(just beyond Stirling), then take the A84 via Callander to Lochearnhead.
From Lochearnhead take the A85 to Crianlarich. Killin lies 3 miles along the A827,
which branches off the A85 at Lix Toll, 6 miles beyond Lochearnhead.
